Transportation

 

Visitors can get to NTTU campus in the following ways：

 

  • Driving

    • From Hualien southbound to Taitung：

       Visitors can take either the valley line (the 9th Provincial 

       Highway) southbound to Taitung or the coastline (the 11th

       Provincial Highway) southbound to Taitung.

  • From Kaohsung or Pintung northbound to Taitung：

       Visitors can take either the valley line (the 9th Provincial   

       Highway) northbound to Taitung or the coastline (the 11th

       Provincial Highway) northbound to Taitung.

 

  • By train, either to Zhiben station or to Taitung station, and then by bus or taxi to the campus：

    • Bus：It takes 30 minutes to get to the campus from Taitung station or 15 minutes to the campus from Zhiben station by bus.

    • Taxi : It takes 20 minutes to get to the campus from Taitung station or 10 minutes to the campus from Zhiben station by taxi.
